Lytham & District Wildfowler’s enjoyed their annual end of season meal last night, taking place in new surroundings at The Fairhaven Golf Club. The event was at full capacity with members enjoying a night out to socialise along with other representatives of local wildfolwing clubs. The food was fantastic with a good atmosphere. After the meal, a raffle was drawn – with some great prizes on offer including a range of donations by BASC. The clay birding trophies were also handed out to the winners and runner-ups. We even had a trophy presentation for LDWA ‘Cock up of the Year award’!

All proceeds from the evening are being donated to the North West Air Ambulance Charity – with over £1000 raised on the night – a fantastic effort for a much worthy cause.
