End of Season Shoot Dinner – 15th March 2019

Lytham & District Wildfowlers Association members and guests were invited to celebrate the end of the 2018/19 shooting season at the Association’s End of Season Shoot Dinner on Friday, 15th March, 2019.

The meal, hosted by Chairman Mr Andrew Cash, and attended by 83 wildfowlers and guests, was held at The Villa, Wrea Green where everyone enjoyed a four course beef dinner.

During the evening a raffle took place with prizes donated by the Association, neighbouring wildfowling associations and members themselves. Guests gave generously and £275 was raised for the Lytham RNLI charity.

Thanks must go to John Rodgers (Marketing Manager) and his team at The Villa for putting on a lovely meal and ensuring the evening ran smoothly. The venue was excellent.

It was an enjoyable evening for members to eat, drink and socialise and relive a successful seasons shooting. The committee are grateful to all those members who came along, supported the event and made it a thoroughly enjoyable night. We hope it may be the first of many such events.
